Design Research Diagram

This diagram visually maps a hierarchy in reference to what is considered most
important in the design/research process of this project. The overlaying effect
of the four main drivers or primary considerations, [landscape, population
increase, lifestyles and New Urbanism] will heavily influence design
outcome/process. The by-product of overlapping creates another four
drivers or secondary considerations, [beach culture, land use, urban strategy
and community] and they will provide a wider influence on the outcome.
